Our Fees:

• Initial 20-Minute Phone Consultation: Free

• Initial Assessment: $200

• Individual Therapy: $175/Session

• Family Therapy: $175/Session

• Couples Therapy: $175/Session

• We offer a sliding scale based on your family’s size and annual income.

In-Network Insurances:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

• Blue Choice

• Cigna

• UnitedHealthcare Optum PPO

• UMR

Payment:

For your convince, we accept:

Out-of-Network Benefits:

We are happy to supply you with monthly superbills for you to provide your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel, we encourage you to give us the courtesy of a 24-hour notice. There will be a $100 charge for cancellations of less than 24 hours or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
