  • Yes. Most insurance plans cover teleheatlh appointments.

  • Typically mental health treatment can last a few months to a few years depending on your specific goals. During this time, it’s especially important to stay connected, even if it's short term.

  • Yes. No problem is too small for therapy. People seek treatment for many reasons. There is no wrong reason for mental-health help and support.

Current In-Person Guidelines

We have limited in-person availability based on need. If you are being seen in person, please reach out to your therapist about more-specific protocols. In general, the guidelines listed below must be followed to ensure your health and well-being.

  • You must complete the COVID Screening Checklist form prior to every appointment.

  • You must take your temperature at home on the day of your appointment.

  • You should not attend an in-person appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms including, but not limited to, fever, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, etc.

  • You must not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.

  • You must use hand sanitizer upon entering.

  • You must wear your mask properly inside the waiting room and office.
